OMAA LLC operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases and service fees are final and non-refundable.

By using our services and making any payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All service fees, subscription charges, and payments are final once processed
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of circumstances, or non-use of services
  • This policy applies to all payment types and methods

Service Nature

OMAA LLC provides caregiver matching and support services. Due to the nature of our services, which involve:

  • Personalized caregiver matching and vetting
  • Administrative and operational costs
  • Access to our platform and support services
  • Background checks and verification processes

We cannot offer refunds once services have been initiated or fees have been charged.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your account or subscription at any time. Please note:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis. However:

  • We are under no obligation to provide refunds or credits
  • Any decision to issue a refund or credit is at our sole discretion
  • Such decisions do not create any precedent or obligation for future requests

Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error due to a technical issue or billing mistake:

  • Provide details of the transaction including date, amount, and description
  • We will investigate and address genuine billing errors

This does not constitute a right to refund, but we will work to correct legitimate billing errors.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for valid charges may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of access to all services
  • Potential legal action to recover costs and fees
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected
